Nova Roast is a small-batch roastery driven by Brian Babcock and Russell Chisholm - coffee people. We make regular visits to coffee origin countries and have developed direct relationships with our growers and importers. If that sounds like a lark then consider tramping through eight farms and two cooperatives in six days across Sao Paulo and Minas Gerais to end up at Fazenda Ambiental Fortaleza where we cupped with farmers from neighboring farms around Mococa. Yes, it was fun. We admit it. We are the luckiest people with the coolest jobs but we work hard at it so you can enjoy the result of the dedication of every person along the coffee chain in your cup.
