This ragged document prevented Brian from boarding the plane to Sao Paulo. Airline is trying to get it straightened out, but in the meantime he can't travel with the rest of us. This same document earned him a seat on the flight from Charlotte and secured his Brazil Visa. Anybody else have a problem with this?
